Unless you com in with sys admin/network admin experience you will be underpaid. Total lack of leadership and drive from management. But for longevity do not count on this company. All in all I loved the experience a I got and would definitely recommend for someone just starting in IT break/fix or hardware support. Once management saw I was hungry to succeed and I was running circles around stagnant techs who have been there 25+ years and are just waiting to retire, I became the guy that everyone left work to do at the end of the day or did some shotty work that I had to go back and fix. Absolutely loved the first year because I was new to the service industry and I thought "Hey, they give me all the tools for the job, a company van, gas card, and they fly me to Atlanta for training!" GO ME!! Yeah, that lasted about a year. Download Image of House of Usefulness schoolhouse, National Cash Register Company, Dayton, Ohio. Your OT is taxed so much it isn't even worth it to take it, but you are practically forced to be on call when running ATM calls. Terrible management, terrible pay for the amount of work you do.
